Frederic Chopin vol. 4 - Conerto in E minor - piano part transcribed for guitar
Published by ABSONIC. Arrangment Jerzy Koenig. It should be noted that Jerzy Koenig has an outstanding arranging sense. While most guitarists who undertake transcriptions fit them to their skill, he reverses the rule, transcribing so as to reflect the composer's intention as faithfully as possible, refusing to compromise by making convenient simplifications, and improving his skills to meet the transcription requirements. As an outstanding virtuoso, Jerzy Koenig has proved unequivocally that the works of the greatest piano poet of all time are not only possible to perform on the guitar, but that in this version they gain a new, hitherto unknown quality and depth, revealing even more clearly their lyrical layer and emotional subtlety. The guitar version can also become an inspiration for pianists themselves in their search for subtleties and shades that are not natural for the contemporary piano, and which Chopin undoubtedly had in mind, as we know from historical sources. Listening to these transcriptions, we can imagine what Chopin's music might have sounded like had he been a guitarist. - Jacek Świtacz. 76 pages. A4. (15,90 Euro) |

Fryderyk Chopin - gitara solo i kameralnie
"Wydawnictwo ABSONIC. Opracowanie Mirosław Drożdżowski. Frydery Chopin ciągle pobudza wyobraźnię i niezmiennie pozostaje w panteonie największych kompozytorów wszech czasów. Mnogość interpretacji fortepianowych i przyjemność z grania pokazują chociażby Konkursy Chopinowskie.

44 str. A4, miękka oprawa. |
